Day 17

We are still tracking a storm that is headed our way. Right now it is very calm with only a slight breeze. We are prepared but we are still hoping it will turn north.

I started looking at websites that were all claiming to know the top ten most healthy foods to eat. Every list was different. I was able to look at the things that made them healthy to eat and came up with guidelines rather than specific foods (although I really like it when someone just tells me the specifics). All of the healthy foods were low in natural sugar, high in fiber, and some contained healthy fats.

What do we need to stay away from? Anything processed, high in any kind of sugar, processed oils, meat sparingly or not at all, processed dairy, high fructose corn syrup, MSG, anything you get at a drive up window, anything rancid, anything that has become an addiction for you.
