Day 6

Today was the Sabbath. All of the "help" around here had the day off and so it was very quiet. As usual for a Sunday, I fasted until dinner time. Since I am not able to go to church, I tried to make the day as Sabbath-like as possible. I read my scriptures and listened to some conference talks online.

This is Tom and Karen's office where I write my blogs and do school homework.

But today I had some interesting observations. When I woke up this morning, my eyes were all full of crusties. Soon after brushing my teeth this morning, I noticed that my teeth felt furry. Then, about noon, I noticed that my face was covered in this heavy grease. I haven't had greasy skin in over 20 years and it has never been like this. I realized that my body is shedding toxins any way it can.  I also noticed that as I fasted today, even though I was hungry, I wasn't uncomfortable like I usually am. So some changes are starting to happen that are noticeable. This is exciting!

There is a down side today. I counted 44 mosquito bites just on my feet and legs so I probably have about 100 bites all together. They are eating me alive. Does anyone have a non-toxic solution? I have managed to send some of those mosquitos on to their next life (sorry Karen) but these are the fastest mosquitoes I have ever seen!
