I'm glad I knuckled down yesterday and got some homework done because today was a busy day. After yoga and breakfast I had a sauna. It left me feeling weak but good. I measured my waist this morning and I am down another inch. This makes a total of 5 inches off the waist. Yaaahhhhh!
After lunch Karen asked if I could help her out for the afternoon. She is having a watsu training for the next two weeks and needed a body in the water for her students to practice on. I was excited to do it and although it is not any thing like getting a watsu from someone experienced, I still enjoyed it. Karen trains people from all over the world. The water in the watsu pool is body temperature and the person is totally supported by the person giving the watsu. It is like getting a light massage but in the water. It is the most relaxing thing a person can do. I always feel like I have been on a journey and have come back feeling relaxed and refreshed when I have had a treatment.
