Day 83

I feel like my weight hasn't changed in a couple of weeks so last night I decided to eat some cooked food that was more calorie dense. It was a very healthy homemade, vegetable, bean soup. I wasn't sure how my body would respond. Today when I did my yoga practice, it was my best day ever. I saw some advancements that I didn't expect. So I will see in the next couple of days if I start dropping more weight.

I have learned from past experience that when I hit a plateau, that if I eat just one meal that is higher calories than I normally eat (no junk food) and then go back on the diet, it will bump me off the plateau. We'll see what happens. In the mean time...what a great yoga practice!!
